Sale of a Business Hotel

A business hotel in a large German city with 110 rooms (and an extension option of approx. 50 rooms) as well as attractive commercial space was set to be sold to a client with a strong credit rating. For this purpose, DICON connected the seller to a customer with the necessary financial resources and monitored the sales negotiations. In this case, the results were analysed and a value assessment made in order to substantiate the plausibility of the purchase price. The purchase agreement was concluded after a detailed review.

Sale of a Holiday Hotel

As part of the transfer of a larger international real estate portfolio, a client received a holiday hotel in Germany. As the client had no interest in the operation and ownership of the country hotel with around 100 rooms, DICON was commissioned to initiate the sale. Since the hotel was an attractive investment, a company could be quickly found who wanted to acquire the hotel. DICON facilitated the transfer of the relevant contracts in the course of the purchase negotiations, in particular the employment contracts of the approximately 30 employees within the scope of a transfer of operations according to § 613a BGB.

Purchase of a City Hotel in the Czech Republic

An investor required a report on the profitability of a 5-star hotel in a Czech city that would examine the economic situation and determines the value. During the purchase negotiations, the investor was advised on the management contracts with an American hotel group. In the course of the investigations, it was established that the purchase price, including the terms of the management contracts, was not worthwhile for the investor – no purchase was made.
